What is a technical building inspection?

A technical building inspection, also called a structural inspection, is an independent assessment in which a certified building expert inspects the technical condition of a property. During this inspection, the home is thoroughly checked for defects, deferred maintenance, and potential risks. What do we check during the inspection?

During the structural inspection of your home, the inspector works through an extensive checklist of elements. The property is checked from the roof all the way down to the crawl space.
